Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

  • This Policy applies to paid access to digital services and subscriptions purchased on https://7zap.com/ .
  • We do not sell physical goods and do not accept returns of physical items.

2. Subscriptions and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid term; access remains available until the expiry date.
  • Payments for the current billing period are non‑refundable except as expressly provided in Section 4 or where required by law.
  • We do not offer free trials, promotions, or special offers that would alter the rules below.

3. Refund Eligibility “No‑Use Within 24 Hours”

You may request a full refund only if all of the following are true:

  • your request is submitted within 24 hours from the payment timestamp; and
  • you have not used any 7zap features after purchase (no access or use of paid functionality by your account), which we verify using our service logs.

If these conditions are met, we will approve a full refund to the original payment method. If any use is detected, a refund will not be issued except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Send Us message with subject “Refund request”.
  • Include: full name (or company name), your 7zap account email, payment date and amount, payment method (Visa/Mastercard/PayPal), and transaction ID/receipt.
  • We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and decide within up to 14 calendar days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the original currency (EUR). Bank/processor fees and FX charges are not reimbursed unless the charge was our error.

5. When Refunds Are not Avaible

Except as described in Section 4 or required by law, refunds are not provided, including for:

  • change of mind after access has been granted;
  • unused time remaining in the current billing period after you cancel auto‑renewal;
  • account suspension/termination for breach of our Terms of Service;
  • issues caused by your equipment, network, browser settings, or third‑party software.

6. Chargeback

Please contact support first to resolve any billing issue quickly. If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend paid access until the dispute is resolved.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights (EU/UK)

Consumers in the EU/UK generally have a 14‑day right to withdraw from distance contracts. 7zap provides immediate access to digital services upon purchase. At checkout you will be asked to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once the service begins. If you do not consent, please do not complete the purchase. This Policy does not limit any non‑waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date and will apply to purchases made after the effective date, unless otherwise required by law.
